Domestic Shipping Policy

Return Policy for Long Island Scrubs


At Long Island Scrubs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with our return policy.


1. General Return Guidelines:

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for unwanted items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be new/unused, in its original packaging, with original labels attached to the item.


2. Returns Due to Change of Mind or Dislike:

If the return is initiated due to a change of mind or simply not liking the item, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return back as well as the initial shipping costs incurred by Long Island Scrubs. Furthermore, Long Island Scrubs will not cover any shipping expenses for returns due to incorrect sizing; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected before purchase.


Returns from orders that qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for any expenses incurred for shipping and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


All returned item must meet the general return guidelines mentioned above.


3. Returns Due to Mistake From Long Island Scrubs or Damaged Item:

If the return is initiated due to a Shipping error or the item received is damaged, Long Island Scrubs will cover the return shipping costs. The customer must notify Long Island Scrubs of any mistakes from Long Island Scrubs or damages within 7 days of receiving the item. A full refund will be issued to the customer for the returned item, including the original shipping cost.


4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for returns, and all purchases are conclusive.


5. Restocking Fees

Lifestyle Sports will apply a 10% restocking fee to all returns in order to cover the transaction fees incurred during credit card processing.



6. Initiating a Return:

To start the return process for your online purchase, kindly utilize the provided link to request a return label. Input your order number and zip code to generate the label. Upon submission of the information, you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions and the return label for the return procedure.

7. Return Process:

Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item along with a shipping label provided by Long Island Scrubs. Please DO NOT use your own shipping label to return items as we are unable to provide you with a refund for cost initiated outside of our system. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping process.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.



The return policy does not cover items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging. Items with Final Sale tag are not eligible for return or refund. By making a purchase from Long Island Scrubs, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.
